The short version. We collect the details you type into our contact form (what you are looking for, your name, your phone number, and your email) so we can reply to you. We do not sell your information, we do not run ad trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies on this site.

What we collect
What you give us
- When you use the contact form: what you are looking for (new website, redesign, or something else), your name, and your phone number and/or email address.
- When you call, text, or email us: your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
What is collected automatically
- Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
- We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and talk about your project.
- To send an invoice, scope, or project updates if you become a client.
- To keep records of our work and meet legal or tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Email and phone providers carry the messages you send us.
- We may share information if the law requires it.
This site links to other websites, including LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and websites we have built for clients. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on your project. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are a California resident, you also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information like passwords, payment card numbers, or Social Security numbers through the contact form.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
