Our services and pricing
The Pricing page describes our website plan and what it generally includes. It is a description, not a binding offer. Before we start a project, we confirm the scope and price with you in an invoice or written message. If something on this site conflicts with that, what we confirmed with you for your project applies.
As described on our Pricing page, you pay once your site is live and you are happy with it, and you can cancel the monthly plan at any time. Please read the Pricing page and your invoice for the current details.
Payment
Payment is requested by invoice. The invoice lists how to pay, which may include methods like Zelle or Venmo. Please pay only using the details on the invoice we send you, and ask us if anything looks unclear.
No guarantees about results
We work hard to build fast, good looking websites. We cannot promise specific results such as search rankings, number of leads, or sales, because these depend on many things outside our control.
Content you give us
If you are a client, you are responsible for making sure the text, photos, logos, and other material you give us are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. You keep ownership of your own business name, logo, and content.
Our content
The design, text, and code of this website belong to Upshift Digital, except for material owned by others (such as client logos, client sites, and quoted reviews), which belongs to its respective owners. You may view and share links to this site, but you may not copy or republish it without our written permission.

The reviews shown on this site are from real clients and are quoted from their reviews or messages. Websites shown on our Our Work page belong to our clients. Links to them open sites we do not control.
